Build skill and confidence. Overcome fears.

The ability to present well can spell the difference between success and failure. Two major blocks to being a great presenter are fear of public speaking and the belief that it is not a skill that can be learned. A lot of people lack the confidence to speak effectively to an audience.  A Gallup poll found that 60% of employees have a fear of public speaking. This greatly impacts their confidence when they are tasked to do so.  People are also quick to believe that presentation skills are innate in some people and are quick to dismiss efforts that can make them better at it.
